Children's Scholarship Fund NH, paid via ClassWallet
New Hampshire's Education Freedom Accounts are administered by the Children's Scholarship Fund (CSF), a nonprofit authorized by the state, with ClassWallet as the payment platform. Anyone who teaches or serves EFA students must be EFA-approved, even if families only pay you out of pocket and seek reimbursement.
Each program approves providers separately, so serving families across a state line means applying there too.
What this means for providers will depend on how New Hampshire's scholarship granting organizations set up their scholarships. We'll add those rules as they're published.
