Who can apply

  • Register with INESA (about 10 minutes), then use the link you receive to set up ClassWallet and connect your bank account. Without a linked bank account INESA can't pay you.1
  • Businesses submit proof of Indiana business registration, all accreditations, and a list of every provider with their full legal name, certification or license numbers and NPI if applicable. Each location applies separately.1
  • Siblings of approved INESA students can also join the program.1

Documents by provider type

  • One of: a passed ParaPro Assessment, a Child Development Associate credential, completed LEA professional-development modules, or 2 years documented experience. Plus your current billing rate.1

  1. 1Payments are made after services are delivered (private-school enrollment fees and camps can be exceptions). Provide the service, then give the parent an invoice.1
  2. 2A Treasurer of State account specialist processes the invoice and contacts you if it's denied. Payment arrives within 7 business days.1
  3. 3Private schools a parent sets to Direct Pay receive tuition automatically in two halves, in October and February, with no invoice.1
