Can one business be approved in more than one state?
Yes. Each program approves providers separately, so a provider who serves students in several states applies to each program on its own. Online providers often qualify in several. Many documents (business registration, W-9, background check, insurance) are asked for by more than one program, so gathering them once saves time.
Does this submit my applications?
No. Every program has its own official application, linked from each packet. The planner shows what each one asks for and what you still need, so you go in ready.
Where is my information saved?
Only in this browser. The planner saves your business name, which documents you have and their expiry dates. It never asks for tax ID numbers, and nothing is sent to ChoicePaid.
How are documents matched to each program?
Every requirement comes from the program's official source, with a link and date. The planner recognizes which documents a requirement names from its wording. Steps that don't name a document are marked to read and do, and the program always decides what it accepts.
