Questions
Does ChoicePaid submit invoices to ClassWallet, Odyssey or the state for me?
No. You submit in each program's own platform. ChoicePaid makes sure what you submit is complete and correct for that program, tracks it afterwards, and tells you when something is late. We never touch the money.
Which programs does it cover?
Cited guides cover every state ESA program, and invoice and receipt checks cover the programs that publish their documentation rules. Where a program publishes no rules, we say so and use good-practice checks labeled as such.
Can I use it if I serve families in more than one state?
Yes. Each student has their own program, and each document is built and checked for that student's program. Pro and School include unlimited students across every program.
Is my students' information safe?
Names, notes, goals, invoice contents and files are encrypted with AES-256 before they're stored, analytics are off on private pages, owners can see an activity log, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
Do families pay anything?
No. Family accounts are free, and ChoicePaid never takes a percentage of education funds. Providers pay a flat subscription.
