14-day money-back guarantee

If ChoicePaid isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan (Solo, Pro or School, monthly or yearly) and we'll refund that payment in full. No questions asked.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to Free; we don't refund the unused part of a month or year. Your records are kept, and you can download everything at any time.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged the wrong amount, we'll refund the difference in full, whenever you notice it.

Sponsored listings

If we decline or remove a sponsored listing, we refund any unused paid period.

How to ask

Contact us with the email on your account. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
