Texas's education savings account program, run by the Comptroller with Odyssey as administrator. Families buy approved products and services in the TEFA Marketplace; vendors apply on a rolling basis.

Florida's largest choice scholarships (Unique Abilities, Educational Options, Florida Tax Credit, Personalized Education and New Worlds) are administered by Step Up For Students. Providers set up an account in its EMA system, submit a service catalog with credentials, and are paid directly or through family reimbursement.

AlabamaCHOOSE Act Alabama Education Savings Accounts
Alabama's education savings accounts, run by the Alabama Department of Revenue with ClassWallet handling payments. Providers apply to the Department, then register with ClassWallet and are paid when families submit your invoice through Pay Vendor. There are no family reimbursements.

TennesseeTennessee Education Freedom Scholarship and ESA
Tennessee runs two programs providers should know: the statewide Education Freedom Scholarship (EFS), whose marketplace is opening this school year, and the Education Savings Account (ESA) for students in Memphis-Shelby, Nashville, Hamilton County and former Achievement School District zones, which contracts directly with up to 200 service providers.

Arkansas's education savings accounts, run by the Arkansas Department of Education's Office of School Choice and Parent Empowerment with ClassWallet handling payments. Tutors, therapists, transportation providers, microschools and online schools apply to the Department as service providers; most product sellers don't need to apply at all.

North CarolinaNorth Carolina Education Student Accounts (ESA+)
North Carolina's ESA+ pays for education and support services for K-12 students with disabilities. Providers enroll with the NC State Education Assistance Authority (SEAA) through its Provider Portal, then families pay your invoices through ClassWallet after SEAA staff review them.

New Hampshire's Education Freedom Accounts are administered by the Children's Scholarship Fund (CSF), a nonprofit authorized by the state, with ClassWallet as the payment platform. Anyone who teaches or serves EFA students must be EFA-approved, even if families only pay you out of pocket and seek reimbursement.

Mississippi's Education Scholarship Account, for students with an active IEP, is run by the Mississippi Department of Education's Office of Special Education. There's no provider marketplace or vendor portal: families file quarterly reimbursement requests, and you can be paid directly if the parent names you on the form.

Montana's ESA is a reimbursement program for parents of children with a disability under IDEA, run by the Office of Public Instruction. Providers don't register or invoice the state: families pay you, then submit reimbursement requests to OPI. The program is under active litigation.
