Which orders haven't paid, and why?
Drop in the Orders CSV from your Odyssey vendor portal. In seconds you'll see what's paid, what's past day 30 with no payment, and which delivered orders never started the 30-day clock.
Works for TEFA, Utah Fits All, Georgia Promise, GATOR, Wyoming ESA, MOScholars and Iowa. Your file stays on this device.

The rules this checker uses
Every status comes from Odyssey's own help center, not a guess.
- 1Download the Orders CSV from the Orders tab. Its "Fulfilled At" column is the date you marked each order complete, which is the date your net-30 clock started.1
- 2When Odyssey processes a payment, the Stripe ID, Stripe Payment ID and Stripe Transaction ID columns fill in. Blank columns mean the payment hasn't been processed yet. The CSV isn't live, so download a fresh copy each time.1
- 3If those Stripe columns are filled but the money isn't in your bank, Odyssey says the payment left its side: log in to Stripe, check that transfers to your bank are set up, and look for any information Stripe still needs before it pays out.1
- 4Match payments to orders with the Transaction ID and Order ID columns, which line up with the payments in your Stripe account.1
- 5To fulfill, open the Orders tab, confirm (or cancel) the order, then enter the tracking ID for a product or the receipt or confirmation number for a service, and save. Saving is what starts the payment process and net 30.2
- 6Products must ship within 48 business hours of the order, with tracking uploaded within 72 hours. For services, contact the family within 48 business hours to schedule, and mark the order fulfilled only after the service is delivered.3
Questions
Where do I get the Orders CSV?
Log in to your Odyssey vendor portal for the program, open the Orders tab and click Download Orders CSV in the top right. Each program has its own portal, so download one file per program. The file doesn't update live, so download a fresh copy each time you check.
How does the checker know an order was paid?
Odyssey says the Stripe ID, Stripe Payment ID and Stripe Transaction ID columns fill in once it processes a payment, and stay blank until then. An order with those columns filled counts as paid. If the money isn't in your bank yet, the delay is on the Stripe side.
Why does an order I delivered weeks ago say the clock hasn't started?
Odyssey's net-30 clock starts on the Fulfilled At date: the day you entered the tracking number for a product, or the receipt or confirmation number for a service, and saved. Until you do, the order has no fulfilled date and the 30 days haven't begun.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read by your browser on your device. Nothing is sent to ChoicePaid or anyone else, and nothing is saved after you close the page.
Does it work with ClassWallet or other platforms?
It reads any CSV. For other exports, pick which column holds the date work was completed, which columns show payment, and the payment term in days. Only Odyssey publishes the rules the automatic reading is built on.
