How long ESA programs take to pay providers
Programs publish rules, not how long payments really take. Providers using ChoicePaid record when they submit and when they're paid, so we can show real numbers without identifying anyone.
Still collecting
A program appears once at least 10 payments from at least 3 different providers have been recorded. None have been recorded yet. Check back as more providers join.
Programs without enough data yet
Each program's guide lists what its own rules say about payment timing, with the official source.

How this is measured
- Invoices: the days between the provider marking an invoice submitted and marking it paid. Sample data and private-pay invoices are excluded.
- Odyssey Marketplace orders: the days between fulfillment and the first Orders CSV upload that showed the payment. Providers upload about weekly, so this is an upper bound.
- Only the program and the number of days are used. No names, amounts or provider identities are read or published, and a program is shown only above 10 payments from 3+ providers.
Providers: your own numbers, and a cash-flow forecast built from them, are in ChoicePaid's Insights.
