Statuses
Every document moves from draft to submitted, then approved or paid, or rejected. Mark changes on the invoice or tick several on Invoices and update them together. Marking an invoice paid records the date, so ChoicePaid learns how long each program takes to pay you.

Submitted invoices still unpaid after 14 and 30 days show up in your inbox, with what to do next for that program.
Odyssey orders
Odyssey programs pay through orders rather than invoices. Upload the Orders CSV from your Odyssey vendor account to the Payment tracker and ChoicePaid checks every order against its 30-day payment window each day, and writes the email to vendor support for the ones that are late.
Cash-flow forecast
Insights shows when money should arrive over the next eight weeks, timed from how fast each program has actually paid you, plus what you'd add by billing today.
