Your sessions in your calendar
In Calendar sync, create your sessions feed and subscribe to it from Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar. Students show as initials only, because calendar apps copy events to their own servers.
Your appointments into ChoicePaid
Connect your calendar and appointments become scheduled sessions. When it's offered, connect your Google or Outlook account and changes arrive within seconds; otherwise paste your calendar's private iCal address and it's checked hourly while you use ChoicePaid and daily otherwise. Connections are read-only: ChoicePaid never changes your calendar.
How events match students
An event becomes a session when its title contains the student's keyword (their name by default; change it under "How events match students"). Moving an event moves the session, and deleting or cancelling it cancels the session. Repeating events work too.
What's never changed
Imported sessions arrive as scheduled, so nothing becomes billable until you mark it delivered. Anything delivered or already invoiced is never changed by the calendar.
Not syncing?
The calendar's line in Connected calendars shows when it last synced and any error. A Google or Outlook connection whose access was removed asks you to reconnect, in the calendar list and your inbox. For an iCal address, make sure it's the private (secret) address, not the public one.
