How Edmentum gets paid

Families order and pay through the Odyssey Marketplace. Here's what happens on the provider's side, from GATOR's official rules. ChoicePaid doesn't handle payments.

  • Approved vendors are paid by ACH through Stripe. Connect a Stripe account under Payment Set Up in the vendor portal before your first order.2
  • When a family orders, confirm (or cancel) the order in the vendor portal. After confirming, contact the family within 48 hours.3
  • Payment runs on net-30 terms, and the 30 days don't start until you enter a tracking number (products) or a receipt or confirmation number (services). If your system doesn't generate one, Odyssey says to enter the date and time you delivered the service.4

Price caps to know

  • Examples: tablets, laptops and desktops $1,000 (one every 3 years); monitors $200; printers $100 (one every 5 years); 3D printers $400; calculators $150; robotics kits $500; musical instruments $500. Listings above a cap must be adjusted before approval.5

  2. 2Ask what's included, the total price and any fees before you commit.
