Is my invoice uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF or photo is read in your browser on your own device, and nothing about it is sent to ChoicePaid or anyone else. For photos, the text-reading files download once; your image never leaves your device.
Which programs does it check?
Every program ChoicePaid covers, using the same checks the ChoicePaid billing workspace runs before an invoice is sent. Where a program publishes invoice requirements, each check links to the official rule and the date we last verified it. Where it doesn't, only good-practice checks run, and the results say so.
Why does it say something is "Not found" when it's on my invoice?
Invoice layouts vary, and we'd rather ask than guess. If a field is on your invoice but we didn't read it, type it in and the results update immediately.
Does passing this check guarantee payment?
No. It catches the problems reviewers reject invoices for most often, but the program makes the final decision. Programs also check things we can't see, like whether the family's account has funds and whether you're an approved provider.
