What MOScholars funds can pay for

MOScholars funds can only be used for approved educational expenses, and every purchase goes through Odyssey.

If your service or product isn't on the list, families can't buy it with program funds, however good it is. Check before you apply.

Tuition and services1

Tuition or fees at a qualified school or private virtual school
Educational therapies or services from a licensed or accredited practitioner, including licensed paraprofessionals and aides
Tutoring
Services from a public school, including individual classes and extracurriculars
Summer education and specialized after-school programs

Curriculum, and textbooks required by a qualified school
Technology that meets the student's educational needs and is approved by the Educational Assistance Organization
Nationally norm-referenced achievement tests, AP, IB and college-admission exams

Consumable supplies such as paper, pens, pencils and markers.1
Tuition at a private school outside Missouri, and any payment to someone related to the student within the third degree.1
