How The Nomadic Professor gets paid

Families order and pay through ClassWallet. Here's what happens on the provider's side, from ESTF's official rules. ChoicePaid doesn't handle payments.

  • Families pay tutors, therapists and other providers through ClassWallet's Pay Vendor, and every Pay Vendor payment needs an invoice.3

  1. 1Check that The Nomadic Professor has an approved offering for what you need in ClassWallet. Being on the list doesn't mean every service is approved.
  2. 2Ask what's included, the total price and any fees before you commit.
  3. 3If they bill you directly, make sure the invoice has every field ESTF requires. Build a compliant invoice
