About Gather 'Round Homeschool

Gather 'Round Homeschool publishes K-12 unit study curriculum and a math program for homeschooling families. Each unit covers language arts, science, history, geography, and art at six student levels, so children of different ages study the same topic together at their own level, and one purchase covers every student in the family. Materials come in print and digital and are sold directly to families through our website. We're a faith-based publisher and our curriculum reflects a Christian worldview within the academic content.

As published on the South Carolina list.

How Gather 'Round Homeschool gets paid

Families order and pay through ClassWallet. Here's what happens on the provider's side, from ESTF's official rules. ChoicePaid doesn't handle payments.

  • After a payment is approved, ClassWallet emails you a confirmation and the money should settle in your bank account within 2 to 10 business days.1
  • Student applications for 2026-27 have closed because the program reached its statutory limit of 15,000 students. The Department's approved-provider list was last updated September 28, 2026.2
  • Families pay tutors, therapists and other providers through ClassWallet's Pay Vendor, and every Pay Vendor payment needs an invoice.3

Before you book

  1. 1Check that Gather 'Round Homeschool has an approved offering for what you need in ClassWallet. Being on the list doesn't mean every service is approved.
  2. 2Ask what's included, the total price and any fees before you commit.
  3. 3If they bill you directly, make sure the invoice has every field ESTF requires. Build a compliant invoice
