How First Academy gets paid

Families order and pay through ClassWallet. Here's what happens on the provider's side, from Arkansas EFA's official rules. ChoicePaid doesn't handle payments.

  • Applications for new EFA service providers and vendors are open, and the Department held ClassWallet webinars for 2026-27 providers on July 29 and August 4, 2026.1
  • Provider questions go to the EFA office at ade.efa@ade.arkansas.gov or 501-683-1876.1

Before you book

  1. 1Check that First Academy has an approved offering for what you need in ClassWallet. Being on the list doesn't mean every service is approved.
  2. 2Ask what's included, the total price and any fees before you commit.
  3. 3Ask how they'll bill: through ClassWallet or another way. The Arkansas EFA guide explains the rules.
